Verse:
“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10

Thought:
Do you have a Testimony?
Within the church this question gets brought up quite often. With this question, sometimes we put a lot of weight on ourselves to have this long-drawn-out testimony.

Is it important to have a personal testimony thought out? Yes.
Does your testimony have to be three pages long? No.

Pastor Eric spoke about “Scars” this past Sunday. Diving into this topic, he talked about the fact that we all have either internal or external scars and that every scar has a purpose.

A verse that He shared with us is Galatians 6:17-
“From now on, don’t let anyone trouble me with these things. For I bear on my body the scars that show I belong to Jesus.”

As this verse says, the scars on my body show I belong to Jesus. Whatever I’ve went through in my life, whether it was an internal or external scar, I can use this moment in my life to give glory to God.

Application/Challenge:
Take a few moments to reflect on any trial you have went through in your life, big or small.

We are created in Christ Jesus for good works. We are meant for a Holy purpose. Let your trials/scars cultivate a testimony that can reach someone that maybe no one else can reach but you.
